Returns and Refunds

At GamingGear Tn, your satisfaction is our priority. This page explains how to inspect your order on delivery, when a product can be returned, and how to contact us for an exchange or a refund. Our PC builds are assembled by hand and tested before shipping, and every product is covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Inspection on delivery

Payment is made on delivery, in cash, with no deposit or advance. When your order arrives, you can inspect the package before paying. If the packaging is visibly damaged or the product shows obvious damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery.

We encourage you to check that the contents match your order and that all accessories are included. This simple check on delivery saves you most of the steps that would otherwise follow.

Return conditions and deadline

A defective product, or one that does not match your order, can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories, and together with the proof of purchase.

These conditions apply in keeping with your rights as a consumer, in accordance with Law No. 92-117 of 7 December 1992 on consumer protection. Defects that appear after this period remain covered by the manufacturer warranty (see the Refunds section below).

Custom-built PCs

Custom-built PCs are made specially to order, according to the configuration you chose using our configurator with real-time compatibility checking. For this reason, they can only be returned if they are defective.

Since each machine is assembled by hand and tested before shipping, the risk of non-conformity is kept to a minimum. Should a component prove faulty, it is covered by the manufacturer warranty, generally 12 to 36 months depending on the component, with local after-sales service in Tunisia.

How to request a return

To start a return, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +216 27 477 075, giving your order reference and the nature of the problem. You can also reach us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/GamingGearTN) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/gaminggear.tn/).

Our team will tell you how to proceed with the exchange or refund and will arrange collection of the product anywhere in Tunisia.

Refunds

Since payment is made on delivery, in cash, the refund is arranged by mutual agreement between you and our team, according to the solution that suits you best: a refund, a product exchange, or a replacement product. We agree on the terms together as soon as the return is validated.

For defects covered by the manufacturer warranty, they are handled under that warranty, with the support of our after-sales service in Tunisia.
