Delivery

We deliver throughout Tunisia, from north to south. Wherever you are, your order reaches the address of your choice, with no need for you to travel.

No region is left out: our delivery service covers the entire Tunisian territory.

Your order is delivered in 24 to 48h anywhere in Tunisia. As soon as your order is confirmed, we prepare and ship it as fast as possible so you receive your gear quickly.

For custom-built PCs, a short assembly and testing time is added before shipping, so we can guarantee you a fully working machine.

Delivery is free from 300 DT of purchase. Below this amount, a single flat fee of 8 DT applies, whatever the contents of your order.

All our prices are shown in Tunisian Dinar (DT). The amount to pay on delivery is therefore clear, with no unpleasant surprises.

You pay for your order when the parcel is handed over, directly to the courier, in cash. No deposit and no advance payment are required when you order: you only pay on receipt.

When the parcel is handed over, you can inspect it and check its condition before paying. If it is visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse it.

Have your order reference ready for faster tracking. If you are away at the time of delivery, we will arrange a new time slot together that suits you.

Our complete PC builds are assembled by hand in-house, then tested before shipping to guarantee they work properly. Assembly is entirely free of charge.

Once the machine is validated, each PC is carefully packed to travel safely all the way to your home. Thanks to our configurator with real-time compatibility checking, every component of your custom build is guaranteed compatible even before assembly.
