Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") govern the relationship between GamingGear Tn and its customers in connection with the online sale of custom-built gaming PCs and gaming gear, with delivery throughout Tunisia.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. GamingGear Tn reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.

The products offered are described with the greatest care on their respective pages. Prices are shown in Tunisian Dinar (DT). They do not include delivery charges, which are specified before you confirm your order.

Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product or component becomes unavailable after your order, GamingGear Tn will inform you as soon as possible and offer a replacement or the cancellation of the order concerned.

You place your order directly on the site. For custom PCs, a configurator with real-time compatibility checking guides you through the choice of components, to ensure a coherent and fully functional build.

The order is confirmed after verification of the information you provide, in particular your contact details and delivery address. GamingGear Tn may contact you by phone or WhatsApp at +216 27 477 075 to confirm the details before shipping.

Payment is made on delivery, in cash, when you receive your order. No deposit or advance payment is required when you order.

The amount due corresponds to the displayed price of the products, plus delivery charges where applicable.

Delivery is provided throughout Tunisia, usually within 24 to 48 hours. It is free from 300 DT of purchase; below this amount, a single flat fee of 8 DT applies.

Assembly of complete PC builds is free of charge: they are assembled by hand and tested before shipping. For full details, please see our Delivery page.

On receipt, you may inspect your parcel and refuse it if it is visibly damaged. A defective or non-conforming product may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

As custom-built PCs are made to order, they can only be returned if they are defective; the manufacturer's warranty covers defects that appear later. For the full procedure, please refer to our Returns page.

Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, generally 12 to 36 months depending on the component. A local after-sales service, in Tunisia, supports you throughout the warranty period.

GamingGear Tn undertakes to describe its products accurately and to deliver builds that are assembled by hand and tested before shipping.

GamingGear Tn cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use, mishandling or modification of the products by the customer after delivery. In any event, GamingGear Tn's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. These Terms do not affect the rights granted to consumers by law.

The information you provide when ordering is used solely to process, deliver and track your order, and is treated confidentially.

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law, in particular Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and electronic commerce and Law No. 92-117 of 7 December 1992 on consumer protection.
