Your data is used to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible anywhere in Tunisia, as well as to build and test your configuration before shipping.

It also allows us to provide after-sales service and warranty follow-up, and to contact you about your order (confirmation, delivery coordination, information about product availability).

We process your personal data on the basis of fulfilling your order: without this information, we could not prepare or deliver your purchase.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, subject to the obligations related to an order in progress.

We share only the information required (name, phone number and delivery address) with the carrier responsible for delivering your parcel, in order to ensure delivery.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to process your order, provide warranty follow-up and after-sales service, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Beyond these needs, the data is no longer used for contact purposes.
