At GamingGear Tn, every component and every gaming PC we deliver is covered by a manufacturer warranty. This page clearly explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a warranty claim easily, with after-sales service handled locally in Tunisia.
The manufacturer warranty
All hardware sold by GamingGear Tn comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Its duration depends on the component and generally ranges from 12 to 36 months: some peripherals are guaranteed for 12 months, while other components may be covered for up to 24 or 36 months.
The exact duration that applies to your product is given to you at the time of purchase and appears on your proof of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date you receive your order.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that appear under normal conditions of use.
If a component has an original defect or fails while being used for its intended purpose, it is taken care of: depending on the case, it is repaired or replaced at no cost to you throughout the warranty period.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply when the problem results from one of the following cases:
Misuse or use that does not follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Physical damage (drop, impact, breakage) or damage caused by liquid.
Unauthorized modification, repair carried out by a third party, or removal of warranty seals and labels.
Normal wear and tear of the hardware.
In these situations, the failure is not considered a manufacturing defect and falls outside the scope of the warranty.
How to make a warranty claim

Describe the problem you are experiencing: our team will tell you what to do next and arrange for the component concerned to be taken care of. The product must be returned complete, with its accessories, so that we can carry out the diagnosis and then the repair or replacement.
Local after-sales service in Tunisia
Our after-sales service is provided locally, in Tunisia. You do not have to deal directly with a supplier abroad: we handle the process with the manufacturer and follow up on your case for you.

Warranty on complete assembled PCs
The complete gaming PCs that we assemble by hand are tested before shipping. Each of their components remains covered by its own manufacturer warranty, from 12 to 36 months depending on the part.
The assembly, which is free of charge, is also covered: if a problem related to the build appears, we fix it. Because these configurations are built to order, they can only be returned if they are defective. Otherwise, it is the manufacturer warranty that covers defects appearing after delivery.
Your rights and the legal framework
Your rights as a consumer are protected by Tunisian law, in particular Law No. 92-117 of 7 December 1992 on consumer protection. This warranty is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.
The applicable law is Tunisian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Tunisian courts.
