All our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The exact duration (usually 12 to 36 months depending on the component) is shown on each product page. After-sales service is handled locally in Tunisia, with no shipping abroad.
How does after-sales service work?
GamingGear Tn's after-sales service is based in Tunisia. If an issue is covered by warranty, contact us and we handle the component locally. You have no international shipping to deal with.
What if a product arrives defective?
Contact GamingGear Tn as soon as you notice the issue, via WhatsApp from the site. If the product is under warranty, it is repaired or replaced. Keep the packaging and invoice to speed up the process.

Yes, all prices on GamingGear Tn are in Tunisian dinars (DT). The amount paid on delivery matches the displayed price exactly, delivery included from 300 DT.
Are your products new and genuine?
Yes, GamingGear Tn only sells new, genuine hardware covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Every product is authentic and delivered with its warranty.
What does GamingGear Tn sell?
GamingGear Tn offers custom and pre-built gaming PCs, laptops, components (graphics cards, processors, RAM, storage), monitors, peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets) and gaming furniture. You can buy anything separately or build a full PC with the configurator.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes, our builds are designed to evolve. You can add RAM, change the graphics card or storage later. The configurator checks compatibility and you order upgrade parts separately from the shop.
